Refund Policy

Temporary access (1-day or 1-week passes, one-time payment): you can request a full refund within the first 24 hours of purchase if the pass has not been used. We review it manually against the connection log before approving it.

Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual): you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and will keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for time remaining in a current period.

Free 24 h trial: no refund applies since there is no charge.
